Return Policy

All returns must be sent back using our Return Portal. This means initiating your return and using the generated return label. Please click, "Start a return" to access

Items must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the order

Items must be in their original packaging and in new (unworn or unused) condition with all tags still attached.

Customers will be refunded in shop credit (minus the initial cost of shipping) and will be required to pay for shipping back to List It Lolly. Returns are processed once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will be issued credit on the platform (website or app) where the order was placed.

The following items are FINAL SALE: All gaming sets, sales items and all items purchased with a 25% or more discount. If a final sale item is returned to List It Lolly.

Any items marked 25% or more are Final Sale

This includes any promotional Flash Sales

If a final sale item is returned to List It Lolly, the item will be marked "Return to Sender”

Via the shipping carrier at the expense of the customer. List It Lolly is not responsible and holds no liability on tracking any packages once it leaves our facility.

Customers that exceed at 15% return rate will have a 20% restocking fee added to all returns.

Exchange policy

If you love your items but need a different size, please follow the directions below:

Item must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the order to make an exchange.

We will treat exchanges like returns. Please repurchase the size you need on our website or app.

All exchanged items must be sent back using our Return Portal.

Once you have made your new purchase, please write your new order number on the Return Form below and include it in your return package.

If your new order number is NOT listed on the exchange form, you will receive store credit rather than a refund.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be reflected on your account.
