Important Note: Subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled at any time.
Subscription At a Glance
- Sign-Up Cut-Off: Order by the 25th to start with next month’s box.
- First Delivery: Your first box ships the following month.
- Monthly Shipping: Boxes ship between the 15th–20th via USPS Priority Mail.
- Billing: Charged automatically on your order date each month.
- Cancellation Deadline: Cancel by the 5th of the month to avoid that month’s charge.
- Refunds/Exchanges: All boxes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
List It Lolly curates gift, gift boxes, and gift baskets by sourcing products from third-party manufacturers and vendors. We do not manufacture, alter, or test these products. Customers are solely responsible for reading and following all product labels, instructions, ingredient lists, safety warnings, and manufacturer guidelines prior to use. By purchasing from List It Lolly, you acknowledge and agree that List It Lolly is not responsible or liable for any issues, damages, or adverse effects arising from the use, misuse, or handling of any products included in our gift baskets.

To ensure a smooth experience with your Monthly Gift Subscription, please review the guidelines below:
Order Cut-Off & First Delivery
- Orders placed by the 25th of the month will begin with the following month’s box.
- Example: Subscribe on January 10 → your first box ships in February.
Shipping & Delivery
- All boxes ship via USPS Priority Mail.
- Monthly shipments go out between the 15th–20th.
- Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipping.
- Customer is responsible for notification of any address changes by the 5th of the month. List it Lolly is not responsible for any wrongly delivered or damaged items one product is handed over to the shipping courier.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed automatically on the date of your first order each month.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received by the 5th of the month to avoid being charged for that month’s box.
- Cancellations received after the 5th will apply to the following month.
How to Cancel
- Manage your subscription anytime through your Shopify account under “My Account.”
- Or contact us directly at sales@listitlolly.com for assistance.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Subscription boxes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, as each box is pre-built and curated in advance.
